I ordered Christmas Cards online in November of 2021 following their shipping guidelines. The package of cards was delivered to me on Saturday night, December 18th. It was impossible for me to address these cards and mail them for arrival prior to Christmas. Several contacts with their "Customer Service" department left me with lip service and pointing to "supply chain delays nationwide". What utter bullshit ! If you can't turn around a simple printing order in less than 3 weeks, you should get out of the business.
